Return & Exchange Policy at NÓR

At NÓR, we deeply care about the quality of every single piece and ensure it reaches you in the best condition. If a piece doesn't fit right or has an issue, we are here to help you smoothly:

• Exchange & Return Window: You can exchange or return any item within 14 days from your order delivery date.

• Condition for Return: Items must be in their original, brand-new condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact).

• Shipping Fees: If there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (wrong size or item), NÓR will fully cover the shipping fees. For size exchanges due to personal preference, standard shipping fees apply.

• How to Request: Simply reach out to us via our social media DMs or WhatsApp with your order number and item details, and we will arrange for the courier to pick it up.
